From first discussions, to the design process of how to best use the space, to trying different ‘looks’ and discussing different materials and budgets. Eric is attentive and will work with you until you are happy. Eric has a wealth of knowledge and experience to tap into. He also hires the best people to fit the bathrooms and I had Carl and Dave who were superb, very skilled and thoughtful in their work and who added further value with their suggestions. Eric has been very helpful and sorted a great team of plumber, tiller, electrician and gas engineer (to fit a new boiler). "I would highly recommend Visual bathrooms. The design by Eric was perfect, and came in on budget. His experience in design shines through; recommending a different tile colour to my original choice which I have to admit did look better. Eric even accommodated a last minute design change on the first day of installation, with no complaints, despite the fact it created unplanned extra work and stress for him. He simply wants the room to be right for the customer. The fitters, Carl and Dave were out-standing. Professional, highly skilled with an attention to detail that is rare these days. They matched the grout perfectly to my tiles. And they happily go that extra mile to make the room perfect. Good trades are a rare commodity and they are two of the best."

"One word sums it all brilliant. Thank you Eric for coming up with the design and fantastic idea for the toilet wall. Yes it's not as cheap as some shops, but you get what you pay for. We had a small problem with a toilet seat hinge, 11 months after installation, but this was replaced as soon as the new hinge came into stock. Once again thank you to Eric and Ann in the shop, but especially a big thank you to Dave the fitter who explained what he was doing and how long it would take for each individual bits of the job.
