"A very impressive service from Universal Locksmiths. Rang at 9am, arrived at 12 midday as promised, lock fixed by 1pm. Wow, that solved my lock problem. So impressed. Fully recommend to all with lock issues in Sheffield. Thanks."

"Brilliant service. Needed two mortice locks replacing. Mark came round shortly after call to discuss requirements, offered options and alternatives before coming back the smae day and fitting locks, ensuring the finish was great. No mess, very happy customer."
"Fast, friendly service. Mark came out the same day, sorted out our jammed door quickly and explained everything clearly. The cost was fair and exactly in line with the initial quote. Would definitely use again and recommend to others."
"Delighted with Mark's service! I rang up to ask about cutting keys for a garage door (previous owners hadn't left us any when we moved in), or for fitting a new lock. He came out within the hour, and was able to install a new lock within about 30 minutes. Clear pricing, quick service, clean work, and gave us some helpful advice about security - everything we could ask for. Thanks Mark - much appreciated - and we'll happily recommend you to friends and neighbours :)"
