"Fantastic advice and faultless experience from start to finish of our project. I was recommended Tatlow Stancer from a friend and initially met with Ted and Rebecca onsite to discuss my ideas and what was feasible within the budget I had. They promptly sent me an initial concept/design which had some really innovative approaches to maximising the space and creating a good flow throughout the building; avoiding some awkward walkways and potentially wasted areas that I thought may be inevitable. Full plans were submitted permission granted no issues, they also dealt with all the other requirements which I was unaware of (building control, build over agreement issues) etc. We choose a builder who had worked with Tatlow Stancer before and recommended by them. The whole build ran smoothly, any issues or changes required dealt with very swiftly between the builders and either Ted or Rebecca at Tatlow Stancer. The extension was delivered on time and on budget. Overall very highly recommended. We got good practical and realistic advice which overall has given us a far better extension than we first thought possible within our budget by using some clever design and extensive experience."
