Customer Reviews
"We hired Scott and his team to do about 5 weeks of renovation work on our new home. This included internal load bearing wall removal, kitchen expansion, installation of RSJs, adding bifold doors, building stone garden steps, rebuilding a long garden wall, building a retaining wall across the garden. They were punctual, dependable, polite and cheery, transparent about costs, made the most of every day on site, and somehow managed to tidy up after themselves. The results were fantastic and they made lots of choices stress-free. Very knowledgable, patient with questions, and charged a sensible amount. We also got to leverage some of Scottβs connections for an emergency plumbing issue, joinery work and also building supplies, skip hire and such like."
"I cannot recommend Scott and Ethan highly enough. After being repeatedly let down by tradesmen and quoted ridiculous prices, I posted on a local Facebook group asking for recommendations. Several people suggested Scott, and now I completely understand why. From the start, Scott was reliable, professional, and honest. He turned up to quote exactly when he said he would and provided a very fair price the very same day. The work they carried out for us included knocking down two walls, installing several RSJs, fitting a bifold door, building steps down into our garden, and constructing a garden wall. Scott and his team were in and out of our house for several weeks, and throughout the entire project they were brilliant. They always arrived when they said they would, worked incredibly hard, and made sure everything was tidied up before leaving each day. All of the work has been signed off by Building Control, and we honestly couldnβt be happier with the finished result. If youβre looking for someone reliable, hardworking, fairly priced, and genuinely great to have around, I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend Scott and Ethan."
"Scotty and his team completed a knock through job in our home. All agreed timelines and plans were kept and things ran smoothly. I had no issues with communication and he was easy to reach and responsive. My home was left in the a good state of cleanliness given the amount of dust a job like this creates. I am very happy with his services and would recommend his team anyone needing any steel work completed."
"Never give a 5star review, but Scott and his co-worker came close. From first contact it was a brilliant service. Messaging promptly and keeping in touch was much appreciated. The workmanship and tidyness was excellent. Finished work looks brilliant and would not hesitate to recommend."
"To anyone with self-respect and common decency, I strongly advise you to AVOID doing business with this individual at all costs. He completely lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic manners. From the start, his demeanor was rude and abrupt. On multiple occasions, he insisted that he would not commence on doing any work unless he was physically shown the money upfront. It was astonishing to witness an oversized man becoming emotional over a mere couple hundred pounds. Throughout our interaction, he repeatedly cut me off, showed no respect, and made it impossible to discuss the job at hand. His primary focus was on seeing the cash rather than engaging in a professional conversation. He eventually wobbled away in the middle of our discussion, muttering vile words under his breathβwords that we have on record. Itβs baffling that someone who claims to be in the "brickwork" business struggled to carry an average-sized bucket of wet cement. If this is how he conducts business, heβs either delusional or incredibly arrogant. Given his attitude, itβs no surprise he only has 2 ratings thus far. I doubt anyone would want to do business with him after experiencing such treatment. Would give a ZERO star rating if possible! My advice: Save your money and your dignity. Seek out a company that values their work and respects their customers."
