"Mike came round and was fantastic in explaining my different options and going in to a technical detail. Communication all way up to the fitting was excellent. I received text and information all the way up to Nick arriving to fit the boiler. Nick was exceptional and professional. Cracked straight on with the removing and fitting the new boiler. Constantly updating me on the progress and any issues arising. Proper good engineer, knew his stuff and was a real pleasure getting to know Nick. Once boiler fitted and running all waste was removed. Came back next day to commission. Fully recommend sheffield boilers and will be using them again."
