"New to Sensa. Found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Had an issue with roadworks and access to the property. I called Sensa and they were brilliant. The guy on the phone Ali was brilliant and arranged a same day site clearance which turned up within an hour. Brilliant service so far, would highly recommend to any business in the Sheffield or surrounding areas"

"I was with company for only a few months and their service was very good. I sold my business in march this year and informed Sensa of the new owner and to have the contract transferred in his name which they did. However I was still charged a full month services for the whole of April as I had forgotten to cancel my direct debit. I sent numerous emails asking them to refund my the money i had paid as new owner had informed that he was also paying for the service too but was met with a wall of silence. i dont like writing bad reviews but i was disappointed as to how I was treated and I`d thought i`d let people be aware to make sure they cancel direct debit once they have ended their contract so that they dont go out of pocket"

"Very disappointed with the service from Sensa Waste. When I signed up, I specifically asked for a lockable bin and was told “yes, no problem.” But when the bin arrived, it was just a standard non-lockable one. I contacted them straight away and was told they don’t have lockable bins available. Then a week later, our neighbours received the exact same type of bin but with a lock. When I asked about it again, I was told “it’s not worth it anyway because everyone can open them.” That’s not really the point, I still requested and agreed to pay for a lockable bin from the beginning. They then promised a replacement would arrive the following week. I’ve now been waiting 4 weeks and still nothing. Another issue is that our bins are collected on Tuesdays, but other nearby shops are using and leaving their bin in front of our café, creating a mess outside the business. Overall the communication, organisation and customer service have been very disappointing."
