The initial contact was great, and the survey was carried out really quickly. I paid the £300 almost immediately so the least I expect is a similar level of service. It was 14th June when the survey was done, and I was told it would be 7-10 days, it's 7th July and despite asking twice (first time I was told I would have it next day) I still don't have anything."
