LSD - Landscaping Supplies Direct

"Amazing customer support! Worked with me to get the products I needed that were out of stock. Thank you manuel for your help"

"Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered paving slabs on the 21st August, they then contacted me on the 22nd August to say they've not got them and can't get them and suggest a different, random option, nothing like my chosen slabs (like I've not been searching for weeks for the exact slab I wanted and just anything will do) They claimed to have refunded me the £759 yet 11 days later, I'm still waiting for my money back. Absolute jokers. Avoid."

"Let down badly. Ordered on Thursday for next day delivery. Contacted on Monday morning because I hadn't heard anything to be told that they didn't have the stock (even though the website showed available). Given a story about supplier issues and offered a very small reimbursement for my trouble but considering I had taken time of work to do the job, paid for equipment hire and also paid next day delivery for other materials the reimbursement was negligible. Customer services were very helpful and apologetic but I was left very disappointed. **Whilst I genuinely appreciate the lengths the operative went to to try to rectify this matter the refund and small discount, it doesn't change my disappointment or significant inconvenience from this service"

"Positive experience from start to finish, immediate and helpful response via phone and live chat on web, competitive pricing and items arrived when they said they would with not a single broken slab out of 55 square meters. Can recommend."

"We purchased Indian Stone and cobbles from LSD - great price, rang the team for advice re jointing products - excellent knowledge. Rob was very helpful. Delivery was when stated. Would use again."
