Lanes Drainage Services UK - Sheffield

"I needed drains unblocking and was quoted a price. When they found out I was a landlord ringing they increased the price, purely because I was a landlord. I asked them- if the tenant phoned them, would the price be reduced, and they said yes. This makes no sense, nothing changes except who's making the phone call and who's paying, same house, same problem, same service."

"I just telephoned this company and the person who answered the phone clearly has an attitude problem. I had spoken to her during a previous phone call and she was pretty appalling then too. The service from the company was ok though expensive for the fact the blockage wasn't sorted. I'm going to go elsewhere."

"Thanks so much to Lanes for some very important advice that got us back on track. Very experienced and were happy to help us out on the phone."

"Operative attended and said they had unblocked the drainage but that wasn't the case. Didn't want to do the job attitude and hardly spent any time trying to fix the issue."

"If you ever have any problems with your drains this is the company to call out. 1st class service and they will do there very best to help your situation. I cannot recommend them enough!"
