"DON’T FALL IN THEIR TRAP. I have decided to write this review after 1 YEAR OF AGONY . This company is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I had a basement room done by them 7 years ago , and had a leak after 6 years ! Paid quite a lot of money for it back then, as it came with 10 years warranty . When contacted them last may 2025 they said they would sort it . Little did I know I would start 1 year of stressful disorganised time, made of broken promises, being kept hostage in my own house by their mess, had furniture damaged, floor damaged, my drive turned into a building site for almost 10 months, my car scratched, jobs left unfinished The list could go on . Now the air conditioning units are not working after they have taken the wiring down to try fixing the leak for the 4th time. They are not willing to send the electrician who did the job bk to my property and I have decided to try resolve this once and for all legally. This is a candid warning to everyone who may be desperate to have a company doing the job . AVOID THEM LIKE PLAGUE !. I have tried in several occasion to sort this amicably and after I have been promised countless times it would I have now decided to STOP this attitude and behaviour . I will see you in court guys with more evidence of your malpractice than you may know."

LABS explained everything clearly, they provided helpful advice about several issues that they did not feel needed further work. They highlighted the damp problem in the living room as the main concern and set out a plan to fix it. The work has been completed to a high standard, they sent me regular updates and videos to explain how things were progressing. They have cleaned up afterwards and even replaced my curtain pole which was completely unexpected. Cannot recommend highly enough - thanks for everything :)"
