"Avoid this place at all costs, they are currently working on the premises of a liquidated company called City Road garage. Luke Grayson (the owner of the company) is never around and trying to speak to him is nearly impossible, instead you have to talk to his unqualified “mechanics” who will openly tell you they “don’t know everything and need his help.” With this place being recommended by our local garage we trusted the recommendation. We drove our car down there with a diesel leak into the electrics, they fitted a new wiring loom within about 2 weeks of having the car and told us to come down have a look and they wanted the money as it would supposedly be ready the next day after a test drive. We paid £700. The next day the car didn’t even start. We kept getting told different things from both him and his employees. He kept leading us on like we were finally going to get somewhere but in reality the car was sat there deteriorating while unqualified mechanics were trying different things that were causing more damage to the car. They had the car for 8 weeks! We drove the car in and we had to recover it while it was stuck in park. The say we went in to recover it we saw lots of people coming in complaining with similar situations to ours. This company needs closing down and they have been reported to trading standards."

Managed to schedule me in really quick on short notice which was the same day of calling , they sorted my issue out there & then with no problems . The set of guys that work there are also very friendly & quick to help. Would definitely recommend"

"Took my white fiesta st line to dane to look at and basically he saved my engine what a guy he is ..very trustworthy and honest..they have took over the old city road garage do not mistake them for the old owners these guys are very good .I would highly recommend you take your car to dane for future work very very very good 👍"

"I honestly thought it wasn't going to be a great experience. The price quoted was actually more than the Independent Land Rover Specialist I normally use but they couldn't get me in until January, plus I arrived as requested at 8.30am was kept waiting an hour. However, they did exactly as promised they took my car that morning and repaired it and I was driving it home 3 hours later. It was a friendly service and I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. It really was a lifesaver and I am well impressed. Many, many thanks."
