I Invest Property Development Limited

"I do not recommend this construction/renovation company at all. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. The team proved to be unprofessional and unreliable. They do not answer phone calls, even when the issues are covered under warranty. There was a leak in the bathroom near the bathtub, another leak under the sink, and I eventually had to drive there myself and fix things on my own because nobody came despite multiple promises. In the kitchen, one of the wall cabinets even fell off — something that should never happen after a proper installation. Communication is terrible. The owner regularly claims he “called the customer” or “is on the way to fix the problem,” but in reality he often doesn’t call at all. Several times I was told someone was coming, only to find out later that nothing had been arranged. Overall, they make excuses, avoid responsibility, and the quality of work is far below acceptable standards. I strongly recommend choosing a different company."

"Used this company for house extension. Excellent completion timing & very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend."
