"In the last 10 years, this company has: Gutted and replaced our bathroom Replaced the garage roof Supplied and fitted a new boiler and heating system Serviced the boiler yearly and responded to minor issues quickly and economically. At no time have we ever had less than exemplary service from them or their contractors. Andy, the plumber they send to do servicing, is a lovely guy who you instantly trust. An example of how they work is that I sent them a message late on Sunday evening. Andy came mid morning on Monday and quickly replaced a pressure valve and checked thermostat etc. Mid week I received an invoice for less than most plumbers callout charge without work. Now known as Property Partners, are "on trend" with heat pumps and car charging point installations. I would not hesitate to use them again for any work I need at home or have them suggest a trader. It is not easy to have absolute trust in a company but Helen and her team at home team deserve it . Now in our mid seventies, we are very grateful for how they have served us since our retirement."

"Quoted 3 days for boiler and some radiators to be installed and a gas pipe moved. The house was mostly renovated so there were no obstacles to the work being completed. Ended up taking 5 days over multiple weeks. Only half the radiators were installed as we were told the others were too heavy and the gas pipe was never moved. The radiator pipework was already present and in the correct locations but he ended up unnecessarily cutting large holes in freshly plastered/painted walls as well as drawing long pencil lines which can be seen through the radiators. The radiator pipework was cut too short so the TRVs lean forwards which cannot be fixed. None of the pipework was deburred which can lead to noise and pinhole leaks in future. We specifically requested that all boiler pipework remains within the cupboard area and the condensate pipe was installed below. After all this we were pressured to pay more money because the job took longer than expected. 2 years later we have had two separate leaks from the boiler, both related to installation quality."

Very though and peasant. The heating system was the done and was Russell was again very efficient and courteous. Very pleased with the new radiators and service received by the company.
