"Very mixed experience. The level 3 survey report was really detailed and useful, and the surveyor responded to my initial queries by email quickly. He offered a 15 minute call for a more detailed discussion, which I booked and confirmed with him by email. I really needed this for a better understanding of some of the report. When it came to the time of the call, he did not show up and I received absolutely no communication about this, or afterwards. I phoned the office repeatedly, and when I finally got an answer from somebody else, they said they would try to find out what had happened and get back to me. Nobody got back to me. I followed up the next week to ask what had happened and if we could reschedule - no response, no apology or explanation. Really disappointing, confusing, and unprofessional."
