"Very disappointed, Kent came out promptly which impressed us, told me he had been an electrician since he was eight trained by his father, I explained the fault of lights tripping a fuse. He stated it was probably the position of the kettle in the kitchen. He charged me £35 cash and left telling me to call if I need any more help. I moved the kettle as instructed but the lights still kept tripping the fuse. I have tried to call him and got no answer, left messages asking for him to please contact me and sent texts without any reply. Very disappointed as the problem still exists."
