"Avoid This Company – Worst Boiler Installation Experience A terrible experience from start to finish. The installation ran four days over schedule, with engineers working until 3am, missing parts, wrong components, and no ladder available for external work. On multiple occasions, engineers disappeared without explanation, and when they did return, they were found watching YouTube videos to figure out what to do. Organisation and basic professionalism were nowhere to be seen. Customers should also be aware of the company's corporate background before committing. Eco Happy was incorporated in September 2025, shortly before Boiler Central, where Eco Happy's current director Tom Allan previously held a senior management role went into administration in December 2025. A second related company, Eco Happy Installs Limited, was incorporated in November 2025. As both companies are newly formed, neither has yet filed accounts, meaning their financial position cannot be independently assessed by prospective customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Eco Happy and strongly advise others to exercise caution and carry out their own due diligence, including checking public records on Companies House before proceeding."
