"Do NOT book Crossbow Developments. In May 2024 I had a Level 3 Buildings Survey done on a dormer bungalow we were purchasing. We chose Crossbow Developments due to the reviews and the advertised use of a drone when surveying a property. We were particularly interested in the condition of the flat felt roofs. The report came back in green rating them as a 1. No drone was used but the positive rating and the description made us feel at ease. Fast forward to a week after moving in and the aerial installer told us the felt roof was sagging and advised us to get someone out to have a look, so we did. 3 different roofers all told us the same thing - the roof needed to be replaced (the 1st roofer couldn't even do the job as he was fully booked so it's not like he was lying). They roofers pointed out visible signs of something not being right from ground level, yet with binoculars Andrew noted nothing. The repairs cost £thousands and the hell we lived through can be seen in these photos. Do NOT book Crossbow Developments"
