I cannot praise this company and the members of staff enough, they helped from start to finish, a most seamless experience we have ever had from any company when renovating our home. They are fabulous to do business with. Our fitter Wayne was just superb! A huge thanks to him. A true professional and a lovely man with a fabulous hard working attitude. He was friendly, professional, had a huge can do attitude and showed at all times great respect for our home. He is a true asset to BMW for sure as is the most lovely Racheal who was our point of contact throughout the whole process. Such a warm, helpful, considerate and customer focussed person Rachael was. She never complained once for all the reassurance phone calls I made to her. Thanks also to Richard for checking all was well on his site visit. Some companies don’t allow for an owner or manager to call out but he did. Lovely bloke! So if you are wanting a great professional window/door company you can trust, look no further.
