"One week into our heat pump and we are happy with the technology, the support (we had to ring on Saturday evening with a query) and we have a warm home and lots of lovely hot water. The installation team (lead by Alex) were super and worked very hard to get the job done in 2.5 days! Left minimal mess and clear up, and all the rubbish was collected by the end of the week. Would certainly recommend. My only comments for improvement would be: The initial marketing visit - left us with a few queries but these were cleared up by the surveyor; we felt we had only limited info prior to the install and received lots after - would have appreciated some more sooner (eg. written confirmation of the design and which rads were being replaced); and our 'planner' was slightly difficult to contact; finally when we tried to pay the invoice the payment was stopped by the bank and took 3 prolonged phone calls to resolve as Aira's payments system flags up as a fraudulent account (it's not!). Overall the process has been smooth and speedy from start to finish, we're happy with the outcome and we have only minor admin gripes after what is a major technological change. Thank you Aira!"
