"St Andrew's tennis club commissioned ACME arb to reduce the crowns of three overgrown pine trees, which are located within a conservation area. ACME arb managed the whole process, including liaison with the Council, to obtain necessary permissions. They also let our neighbours and the busy local shops know that parking in the area would be temporarily restricted. The completed the work on all three pine trees in less than the allotted time, and cleared up the courts and the street, of all the debris. They have done a fantastic job. To be honest, we had a concern about how the different trees might look after the work, but they look great, and have kept their shape really well. You need to compare before and after photos to see the very real difference, with so much foliage (and weight) removed from the ends of the branches, and the amount of light that is now apparent in the central part of each tree, they undertook a deceptively large job well within their stride. Clearly, this work will have made the trees much more resilient, especially when there are significant snowfalls, which have been a problem in the past, with one very large branch failing (fortunately, no one wa. Communication between ACME arb and the club has been very good (one of the reasons we chose to work with them, in fact), and this continued while Ash and team were on-site. They were very good at checking out that their work fitted our expectations, they were very diligent, while operating very safely, and they were a pleasure to talk to, answering many questions with expert knowledge and enthusiasm. It was great to work with them all. Compared to other quotes, ACME arb were also very competitive. Highly recommended."

From the initial quote, the subsequent communication from their admin team, to the actual arboreal work, all aspects were to a high standard and the finished result fantastic.
